When receiving wine in bulk you have the option to specify the cost at the time.
On the Costing and Analysis Tab of the Bulk Wine Intake operation you can set the cost of the wine as a total cost or volumetric cost. You may also specify an applicable freight cost.
If you don’t know the cost of the wine until after you have received it you can make a cost adjustment to the bulk wine intake by finding the wine and then using Relevant history to locate the operation itself. Click the View option.
Providing you have the necessary permissions you can use the Add cost (to add new cost items) or Adjust cost button to correct the cost of the bulk wine/juice received. Any subsequent blends involving this wine will have the costing implications automatically rippled forward.
