This feature was added in vintrace Version 6.4.1
You now have the option to indicate that your sales order is a customer pickup and vintrace will automatically perform a stock dispatch for the sales order once it is saved as approved.
Create or edit an existing work order and in the sales order screen, change the Status to Approved. Then tick on the Customer pickup checkbox.
Select a storage area where you want to dispatch from and then save the sales order.
You will then receive a notification message that dispatch has been completed.
Please note that if your stock item is lot/batch tracked or if you don’t have enough stock in the selected storage area, the stock dispatch screen will be shown and then you can manually complete the dispatch.
