Export the lab requests CSV from the lab console (Consoles > Lab).

Open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel and add a column called OverrideDate.
The date must have a format of YYYY-MM-dd HH:mm:ss. It’s important to get the column header name and the date format right. Don’t worry about how accurate the HH:mm:ss part of the date is for old analysis results.
Excel may auto-format the date to a different format and you can force the format by using a custom format via the Number section on the Home tab.
Highlight the whole column and click on the arrow in bottom right corner on the Number section. Select the Custom category and enter YYYY-MM-dd HH:mm:ss as the Type and click OK.
Ensure that the dates are the right format and that the file is saved as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file before you import it back in.
