You can create schedules for your vessels directly from your transfer, extraction, multi transfers, press cycle, and bulk intake work orders. This means you can visually plan work on the equipment schedule console.
To create a schedule, you will need to create a work order for one of your tanks. The example below uses a simple transfer job. Once you've entered your vessels click the Schedule Details tab.
Enter the estimates of how long you expect the job to take and how long you expect the vessel to be in use. If you are unsure of the current schedule for your vessel you can click the Equipment Schedule icon and view any other jobs for it.
Click Add to work order and complete the required steps to finish your work order.
You can then open the Equipment Schedule from the Consoles menu. Use one of the View By options to locate the vessel used in your work order. This will then display the schedule for this tank and will include the work order you have just created.
Click on the planned job then allows you to edit or complete the work you've scheduled. If you would like to change the date and time of the work you can drag and drop it to a new day.
