The Equipment schedule gives you a visual timeline so you can plan your tank, fermenter and bottling utilization. It provides a centralized view of work for everyone to see. You can easily drag and drop items in your schedule when plans change.

Accessing the Equipment schedule
To see the Equipment schedule, go to Consoles – Equipment schedule…
This will take you to the Equipment schedule.
Navigating the Equipment schedule console
You can select different View by options in the Equipment schedule console.
Selecting a View by option shows the different equipment groupings. In the following example, we have selected View by Resource group then selected the “Bottling” resource group.
You can use the navigation icons in the upper right corner of the timeline to see different views of the timeline.
You can also swipe left or right on the timeline with your mouse to view earlier or later dates.
The calendar icon beside the equipment name will take you to the job calendar where the events are filtered by the equipment selected.
Different “View by” options in the Equipment schedule console
You can view the Equipment schedule console by either of the following:
- Resource group
- Equipment list
- Tank saved search
- Vessel name
View by Resource group allows you to see the timeline of different equipment grouped by a named resource. Please refer to this article on how to create a resource group.
In the example below, we have selected a resource group named “Bottling”.
View by Equipment list allows you to enter a list of equipment to view. You can type the equipment name and select the matching results.
Alternatively, you can click on the search icon to bring up the Vessel search and select the list of vessels from there.
View by Tank saved search allows you to view the tanks from your saved searches.
View by Vessel name allows you to view all the tanks whose name matched the name you have entered.

Viewing planned usage details
You can view a planned usage’s details on the timeline by double clicking on the schedule item.
Alternatively, you can click on a schedule item then click on View button.
Editing planned usage details
You can edit a planned usage by clicking on it and then click on Edit planned usage button.
Alternatively, you can click on the planned usage and then click on Edit button on the top of the console.
Deleting a planned usage
You can delete a planned usage by clicking on it and then clicking on Delete button at the top of the console.
Alternatively, you can delete a planned usage by clicking on it and then clicking on the x icon at the end of the usage.
