The vintrace Tank Map is a visual tool that gives you the ability to map vessels in your winery from a bird’s-eye view. You can then see a detailed status and record operations directly against those tanks.
The Tank map allows you to configure a grid layout of any size and gives you the flexibility to show status information relevant to you.
You can also configure multiple tank map views for the same tanks to show different status information at different times during the year/season.

Creating a tank map
To create your map click the Tank Map icon from the Quick Launch Menu on the left side of the Dashboard.
Click on add button (large plus sign) in View tank map screen; select New Tank map.
Enter the name you want to give your tank map, view restrictions (for multi-winery mode), the number tanks you want to see horizontally and vertically, and select the starting zoom level of your tank map.
Decide what additional information you want to show for each tank and the metrics you would like to see (maximum of five of each).
Tip: You can change the order of the details in the Selected column by dragging it up or down.
You can also show metrics in the tank cards by selecting which metrics you want to see. In the example below, we have selected Alcohol and Free SO2, Glucose/Fructose, pH and Titratable Acidity.
Note: only Measured metrics will be displayed. Calculated and Indeterminate metrics will not be available.
You can configure multiple tank map views for the same tanks to show different status information at different times during the year/season by creating another tank map (repeat previous steps), select the same tanks, and then selecting different details and metrics for that Tank map. For example if you want a tank map view for fermentation, you select the same tanks, and then select Brix, Temp, pH in the metrics.
After selecting Next will take you to the Map tab. Here you can add the tanks you want to layout in the Tank map. You can add tanks by entering the name in the Add equipment field.
Alternatively, you can click on the From search button to bring up the vessel search
After tanks are pre selected and shown on the left hand panel you can drag and drop it to the tile where you want to place it.
Repeat this process for each tank you wish to map.
Note: You can remove the tank card from the map by dragging and dropping them back to the tank card deck on the left hand side.

2 - Clicking on the job count will bring up the job details table for that tank and you will have the option to edit task details, edit the work order (cellar note), delete the job, print work order (cellar notes), or complete the job.
3 - Clicking on the menu (gear) icon will bring up the different actions you can do on the tank (e.g. editing the tank details, viewing the tank in job calendar, recording operations against the tank, etc.).
