The most common cause of PDF files not generating is having pop up blockers turned on within your browser.
To fix this issue, find Options or Preferences; you may use the following resources for browser-specific guidance:
- Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pop-blocker-settings-exceptions-troubleshooting
- Google chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95472?hl=en
- Safari: Choose Safari – Preferences, then click Security. Uncheck the the “Block pop-up windows” box.
Also, please double check vintrace isn’t open in a second window where the PDF is just reloading behind the current window you have open.
