Marking your vineyard as Sustainable
To add the Sustainable source flag to your vineyard, go to Winery Setup > Production > Fruit sources > Select a Grower > Edit the Vineyard and then add a Sustainable Cert#. This will mark your vineyard as Sustainable source.
For New Zealand customers, this will be known as the SWNZ code.
Alternatively, you can do it from the Block Overview > Vineyard/Grower tab > click on the pencil icon on the Vineyard and then add a Sustainable Cert#.
After you have entered the Sustainable Cert# for the vineyard, all the past and future bulk wines whose fruit comes from that vineyard will be marked as sustainable. You can check this on each bulk wine by going to the Product Overview > Composition tab > Derived composition > Sustainable Source or Sustainable Cert #. Since will affect all the wines that came from that vineyard even the past ones before the vineyard was marked sustainable, we suggest that you put the year the certification was attained in Sustainable Cert #. Alternatively, you can create a new vineyard, set the Sustainable Cert # on it and receive fruit from the new vineyard onward to mark the newly produced wines as sustainable.
Go to Reports > Bulk wine > Bulk Stock Report.
Tick on Composition details checkbox and select either of the following: Sustainable source, Sustainable Cert #, or Vineyard [Cert#]
