To configure your vintrace database for client billing access Winery Setup – Billing. If you do not see this option on your system then it has not been licensed so please contact sales for a quote.
There are three components involved with configuring the system for client billing. They are Billing items, Price Lists and Service Orders.
They build a hierarchical structure that moves from the simple to the more complex. You need to configure your list of billable Items and then define their prices within a Price List. Price lists can then be linked to specific clients via Service Orders.
